Who we are
Formwell Studio B.V. (“Formwell”, “we”) is an independent brand and digital studio registered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands (KvK 81234567). We are the controller of the personal data described in this notice.

What we collect
When you contact us or subscribe to Field Notes we collect your name, email address, company and anything you choose to tell us about your project. When you browse this site we collect anonymous usage data — pages viewed, device type and approximate location — through privacy-friendly analytics without cookies.

Why we use it
We use your details to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver projects and send the newsletter you asked for. Our legal bases are your consent, the performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in running and improving the studio.

Who we share it with
We never sell personal data. We share it only with the tools we need to work — email, project management, invoicing and hosting providers — each bound by a data processing agreement and, where data leaves the EU, by Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 12 months. Project records are kept for seven years to meet Dutch accounting rules. You can unsubscribe from Field Notes at any time from any email.

Your rights
You may request access to, correction, deletion or a copy of your personal data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Write to privacy@formwell.studio and we will answer within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
